BrightOak Fertility provides injection support services, connecting patients with licensed nurses for at-home fertility injections. Our services include appointment scheduling, nurse matching, and care coordination.
By providing your phone number and booking an appointment, you consent to receive SMS text messages from BrightOak Fertility regarding your appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and service-related updates.
Message frequency varies based on appointment activity — typically 1 to 3 messages per appointment. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.

Payment is due at least one hour before your scheduled appointment time. Unpaid appointments will be automatically canceled. Cancellation and refund policies are communicated at the time of booking.
BrightOak Fertility provides injection support services performed by licensed nurses. We are not a medical practice and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your physician or fertility clinic regarding your treatment plan.
BrightOak Fertility is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by applicable law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
